Manchester Full-time MBA (18, 15 or 12 months)

The Manchester Full-time MBA not only gives you a thorough grounding in business theory, it also gives you the opportunity to put it into practice from day one with live consultancy projects and an internship opportunity.

Our unique, hands-on programme gives you more client-facing hours than almost any other MBA programme so you can test theories immediately in real world situations and won’t feel completely removed from the commercial environment. You enhance your CV with experience while gaining your MBA from a prestigious business school.

The real life consultancy projects range from not-for-profit organisations to prestigious multinationals; focusing on strategic opportunities or challenges they are facing in the real world. There are four key consultancy projects which get more complex and demanding as you progress through the programme:

  • Not-for-Profit Project
  • Mergers and Acquisitions Project
  • Commercial Business Project
  • International Business Project

You can also take a paid MBA internship for around 3 months.

You can take the opportunity to specialise your MBA and gain international experience through our international options such as the international exchange programme (study abroad), or electives or a study tour at one of our international centres (Dubai, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore and Sao Paulo).

The Manchester MBA will take you out of your comfort zone from day one and encourage you to think, question and find solutions to complex, global business problems. We offer personalised careers support starting before you arrive in Manchester and in 2016, 85% of graduates looking for work had accepted an MBA level offer of employment within three months of graduating.

Financial Times Global MBA Ranking 2017: We are positioned 3th in the UK, 10th in Europe and 30th in the world.
